Customer Links

The location can have up to five customized links that will appear in a drop-down box in the top right corner of most product screens. These links can be used to direct patrons to specific areas of your library's Web site, such as, "Library Homepage", "Ask a Librarian," "Library Catalog," or "Send Library an E-mail."

Please note: The Customer Links feature is not supported in all products.

  1. Navigate to the Location Summary page of the account for which you wish to configure customer links settings.
  2. From the Location Summary page, click Discovery Services in the left-hand sidebar menu. Then select Customer Links from the submenu.
  3. The Customer Links page is displayed.
  4. Enter the Link Text to appear with each link and then the Link URL (for example: http://www.samplelibrary.org). All links to library locations will open in a separate browser window.
  5. Click Add Row to enter another link and its text.
  6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
